3. Image Data Handling

Your uploaded images and transformed outputs are handled with care:

  • Processing: Uploaded images are sent to our third-party AI processing provider (Replicate API) for transformation. Images are transmitted securely and processed according to their privacy and data handling policies.
  • Storage: Original uploads and transformed images are stored on our servers to allow you to download them. Images are associated with your account and accessible only to you.
  • Retention: Uploaded and transformed images are retained as long as your account is active and the associated project exists. When you delete a project or your account, associated images are permanently removed within 30 days.
  • No Training Use: We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models. Your vehicle photos are processed solely for the purpose of delivering your transformed images.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TorqShot:

  • Replicate API: Processes image transformations using AI models. Images are sent securely for processing and are subject to Replicate's privacy policy.
  • Payment Processor: Handles credit purchases and payment processing. Payment data is subject to the processor's privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
  • Hosting Provider: Our application infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud servers with industry-standard security measures.
  • Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand how the Service is used. These services collect anonymized usage data.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Secure password hashing
